3 semaines que j’attends mon colis @zara pas une personne est capable de me donner une réponse claire concernant ma commande. Le service client n’a pas de téléphone chat interrompu et sur Facebook on te donne aucune réponse je suis très déçu je ne verrais jamais mon colis et je serais jamais remboursé c’est inadmissible!

You guys at Zara are very irresponsible, you hire an even more irresponsible delivery company. This company Optima overnight delivers the merchandise anywhere, they don't read the delivery instructions. I placed an order with Zara, I didn't receive the order, they delivered it to the place I didn't ask for, someone stole the order and you don't respect the consumer, you only think about profits in selling. I paid for my order. It was a gift for my granddaughter. This case deserves to be resolved in court.

Warning to anyone thinking of ordering here! I placed an order, and part of my delivery was missing – yet Zara refuses to refund me or provide any solution. Customer service? Nonexistent! I will be taking legal action and strongly advise everyone to think twice before ordering here if you don’t want to lose your money and patience. Zara, shame on you!”
