The “she’s on steroids” bicep workout:
💪🏽Hammer curl to normal curl - 5x10 each arm
💪🏽Alternating DM curls - 5x 10 each arm twist and squeeze at the top of each rep w a moderate weight.
💪🏽Barbell seated half curls - 5x15 reps (20kg , use a weight that you really struggle to finish the reps with)
💪🏽 DB curl with 3 second rep range on the way down - 3x10-12 (use a moderate weight.)
If you want people saying you’re on steroids this is how you get crazy biceps. Stay consistent and fuel your body after workouts and before . You can’t expect to grow muscle if you rock up to gym and haven’t eaten properly throughout the day or after your workout !

No I had no motivation to do this workout. I had no sleep due to unforeseen circumstances but I still decided to show up to the gym the following day. you can have all the motivation in the beginning but that does not last. you must build up your discipline. do the things that your mind thinks is “hard” (the things you always give excuses for) and everything becomes easier. Even when things aren’t going right you need to show up for YOURSELF. Focus on the things in your control.
