having visible abs is strongly dependent on the level of body fat you have. I am currently not as lean, but my abs are still there though. just not as visible👹 ab workout still helps to train abs, do all exercises 8-10 reps. repeat twice.

2. leg press: 3 x 8 - 10
3. leg extension: 2 x 10 - 12 superset with leg curls: 2 x 10-12
